We are pleased to announce that the Organising Committee of the Fish Passage 2025 is now requesting proposals for short courses and workshops for the conference. The Organising Committee welcomes feedback on what subjects might be of most interest (e.g. fishway design principles, dam removal case studies, etc). If you have an interest to present a short course, then please contact the coordination team on the details below.
Short courses or workshops should be proposed for half or full day and will be held prior to the conference on March 31, 2025. Classrooms are reserved 8:00 am – 5:30 pm at the conference venue. Proposals for short courses should contain the following information:
1.Names and affiliation of the instructors
2.Costs: proponents need to indicate the costs for the proposed course/workshop
3.Minimum and maximum number of attendees
4.Course description (about 300 words)
5.Duration (half or full day)
