Conference registration fees can only be paid via bank transfer (USD only) or on-site credit card payment. Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, JCB (both DCC and EDC payments supported), American Express, and Diners Club (EDC payments only).

Should you wish to apply for a refund due to your absence from the conference for any reason, please notify us immediately via email. Refund requests received before February 15, 2025 will be processed with a 10% administrative fee deducted. For refund requests received between February 16, 2025, and February 28, 2025, 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refund requests will be accepted after February 28, 2025.
